The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992 (as amended) details the legislative requirements of employers and employees where DSE Users are identified.

Two key areas where Formula can offer significant support are:

• ‘Self Assessment’ – All DSE users should complete a self-assessment every 12 months or when there is a change in either work processes or workplace area. Paper based processes, particularly for large organisations, can easily become unmanageable. Formula’s ‘Web Based’ solution overcomes these problems without the need for system training of users.
  
• ‘Workplace Assessment’ – Where physical problems are raised via self assessment or users suffer known medical problems, Formula can complete ‘workplace assessments’ taking into account workstation usage, desk surface and height, seating arrangement, lighting, equipment position, work process and user medical history. Adjustments will be made immediately where practicable, and all findings and recommendations will be detailed in the formal report (delivered via the web system where provided).
