This comprehensive web-based tool facilitates the effective management of ‘Scheduled Routine Maintenance’ activities throughout the entire property portfolio. Intrinsic features include:

• Control and creation of own ‘Routine Task’ specification
• ‘Simple’ building of routine schedules including:
  - Site specific for all types of maintenance (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Security, etc)
