Condition Surveys

This web-based management tool facilitates the recording of building defects identified during Building Condition Surveys, and offers corrective action management and budget requirement determination. Intrinsic features include:

• Entry of Condition Survey building defects and summary overview via Internet.
• Uploading/downloading of pictures and electronic documentation appropriate to the site (e.g. Defect pictures, Gas Certificates, Lease Documents, Insurance Certificates, etc)
• Generation of formal ‘Survey Reports’ in PDF format.
• Tracking and recording progress of remedial actions through to completion
• Comprehensive ‘Search’ facility across the whole system enabling:
  - Identification of similar defects throughout portfolio for placing bulk contracts
  - Determining ‘estimated’ expenditure requirements between selected dates (i.e. next financial year)
• Statistical reporting of ‘catergorised’ defects
