Asset/Inventory

This web-based management tool facilitates the recording of all building assets. Intrinsic features include:

• Control and creation of own asset equipment ‘Categories’ and ‘Types’
• Entry and viewing of assets
• Uploading/downloading of associated asset pictures (where required)
• Comprehensive ‘Search’ facility across the whole system typically offering:
  - Creation of asset reports for tendering purposes.
  - Identification of which locations hold assets requiring recall
• Cross linking to the Maintenance Module allowing site specific assets to be assigned to scheduled maintenance tasks
