Formula was registered as a limited company in February 1994 (Reg. No 2902072). From 1996 the company focused on Workplace Compliance Consultancy, further extending into Software Management Systems in 1999 to both support paperless delivery of our consultancy services, and to satisfy our existing client’s desire to acquire simple to operate and competitive Property Management Systems. Our base is located in the ‘Little Germany’ quarter of Bradford, West Yorkshire, with directly employed consultants throughout the United Kingdom offering national coverage to our clients.

In February 2005, we were successful in achieving ISO 9001:2000 certification.
